“After taking an Uber to the meeting point, we waited 40 minutes for the tour bus. We called the tour company who told us there wasn’t a tour scheduled for 7/10/25 concluding that Viator sold us a non existent tour and he was very apologetic and offered us a free tour even though it wasn’t his company’s fault. On the other hand, when I called Viator for a refund, not only was no apology given after they verified their error, but the representative tried to sell me 2 more excursions with a discount. No thanks!”
